Successful applicants will be invoiced via email for the experience they register for.

Due to overwhelming demand invoices must be paid the same day, failure to pay by deadline on invoice will result in forfeiture of spot in the retreat.

All Jill Barron Clinics and Retreats are non-refundable, transfers available at Jill Barron approval with $175 transfer fee applicable. All riders are required to have an AEF Membership or equivalent. All fees are subject to GST and CC processing fee.
